Dr Dense Galvin is freelance consultant who provides technical assistance in the areas of Education for Sustainable Development, Research & Investigation, Policy Analysis and Project Management. As a consultant she has contributed to HORIZON 2020 and Europeaid funded through European Union and European Commission instruments and more recently the OACPS R &I PSF Policy Recommendation Report for Lesotho. In addition, for almost two decades she has maintained a collaborative role as Key Expert, External Expert and Evaluator to OGPI University of Alicante, Spain in TEMPUS-TACIS, TEMPUS, ACP Edulink, ACP Science & Technology and ERSAMUS+ restructuring Higher Education Sectors through providing technical expertise for Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building, Needs Analysis for HEI sector-industry partnerships, the Quadruple Helix Model, Skills Analysis and professional development for academics, as well as input to White Papers and Policy in more than eight geo-political regions extending over more than thirty-five countries funded by numerous European Commission programs.
More specifically, Denise has published various chapters that related to Education for Sustainable Development in the Springer World Sustainability Series, policy recommendations, training manuals and technical reports that focus on various of the SDGs that relate to education, training and R & I.
She was a presenter at the World Symposium for Sustainable Development convened by MIT Cambridge, USA in 2016.
Denise is fluent in Spanish and operational in French.
